On June 4, 2018 the Virginia Tech Board of Visitors awarded promotions and tenure to three of our Center for Soft Matter and Biological Physics members.

Promotion to professor:

Justin Barone, Biological Systems Engineering

Rui Qiao, Mechanical Engineering

Promotion to associate professor with tenure:

Silke Hauf, Biological Sciences
